What does the yacht price include?

All charters include Licensed Captain, Certified Stewardess, Fuel, Sodas, Ice, Snorkeling Gear*, and Inflatables.

Can we bring drinks on the yacht?

All your drinks are allowed aboard! If you want us to take care of having all your drinks and meals prepared, it would be necessary to contact our Customer Care Team seven days before the yacht charter date by mail at info@aquaexperiences.com or WhatsApp.

How far can we drive the yacht?

The perimeter allowed by the company for the yacht charters encompasses the surrounding area, including nearby islands and bays. All our tours and experiences are carried out within this periphery. None of our captains is authorized to go beyond this area, and in case the client wants it, he/she must communicate this to a member of the Aqua Experiences team.

Can we go snorkeling or do other any other water activities?

Of course! You can go snorkeling, scuba diving, water skiing, and many other activities. If you want to do one of these, you may let the captain know and based on his experience and knowledge of this archipelago, he will recommend the areas where you can practice it.

Do all boats have their captain and stewardesses?

All our boats have a licensed captain and a certified stewardess. If the size of the yacht exceeds 65 ft, they are necessary two certified stewardesses. (The cost of the additional mate is assumed by the company).

Which yachts are available for a private chef?

To bring a private chef on board it is necessary that the size of the boat is higher than 62 ft and it must meets all the standards and requirements needed for the practice and performance of the culinary jobs.

What is the minimum time for a yacht charter?

The minimum time for chartering a yacht is 3 hours.

What is the ideal departure time?

The departure time is determined based on the specific yacht and the location of the charter city.

What do you mean by HALF DAY & FULL DAY?

We offer 4, 6, and 8-hour tours. Extra hours will be charged separately.

Do you have a transportation service to get to the yacht?

How to book my next experience?

Are pets allowed aboard?

Typically pets are not allowed on board for health and safety reasons. In some of our boats, they are. In case you want to bring your pet on board, for any reason, you must notify a member of the Aqua Experiences team beforehand, to verify the yacht's pet policy.

Are children allowed aboard?

Yes, they are. Aqua Experiences has a staff completely dedicated to the accompaniment, recreation, and care of children, to ensure their safety on board.

Can I check the yacht personally before booking?

Before the booking process, the client can directly contact one of our company agents and schedule a visit to personally go and check the conditions of the vessel. This is to ensure that the boat does meet the customer’s expectations and meets its needs. To carry out an inspection and evaluation of the yacht this must be done at least three days before the date of the yacht charter.

Payment methods for yacht charter?

We offer various payment methods, including credit cards, Zelle, domestic and international wire transfers, as well as cash payments.

Do yachts have sound systems?

All our boats have an excellent sound system that allows you to play your music from your mobile device, either through Bluetooth or an auxiliary cable. In addition, Aqua Experiences has a powerful sound speakers rental service to make our yacht’s sound even better.

Is smoking permitted aboard?

Due to the safety and care of our boats, the consumption of tobacco and vape pens is not allowed, since this can contribute to an accident and deteriorate their spaces. The client must use tobacco or vaping products in open areas such as the aft deck or the flybridge, in order not to affect the safety and aesthetics of the ship. Please ask your captain and crew before lighting up.
